A: You can reach our guesthouse by taking a ferry from Sihanoukville or other neighbouring islands. Please visit our Getting Here page for more detailed information.
Q: Is there an ATM on Koh Rong Sanloem?
A: Unfortunately, there is no ATM on the island. We recommend that you withdraw cash prior to arriving on the island and bring enough for your stay. There are cash machines at the ferry port which you can use.

A: We accept cash payments only at this time. Please make sure to bring enough cash for your stay.

A: Yes, we have free satellite Wi-Fi for our guests and visitors to use. Although, there is sometimes challenges with connection, given we are on an island. It is recommended for guests which need to be online 24/7 to purchase a local SIM on arrival in Cambodia.

A: Yes, we welcome families with children of all ages. We have a family bungalow and offer activities that are suitable for children.
Q: Is it easy to get a Cambodian Visa?
A: Yes – it is generally very easy to get a Cambodian Visa. Although there are tighter restrictions for Business Visas (which now require a Cambodian work permit), the Tourist Visa (1 month stay) is very straight forward and can be obtained at the airport / border crossing as you arrive. Q: When is the rainy season?
A: The rainy season on Koh Rong Samloem is from the middle of May to early November. During these months there will be short bursts of heavy rain during the day.
